Bookkeeper

We’re hiring a dependable **Part\-Time Bookkeeper** for a growing Central Ohio remodeling company. This is a **remote position** requiring approximately **5–10 hours per week** with flexible scheduling. **Responsibilities:** * Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online * Process Payroll * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Track invoices, expenses, and vendor payments * Assist with monthly financial reporting * Maintain organized and accurate records **Qualifications:** * Experience with QuickBooks Online required * Payroll experience in QuickBooks preferred * Prior bookkeeping experience for construction or remodeling companies preferred * Experience with Buildertrend preferred * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines **Position Details:** * Remote work * Flexible hours * 5–10 hours weekly * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Position may be structured as either a part\-time employee or 1099 independent contractor To apply, please send your resume and brief experience summary.
