Impacts a range of customers that primarily include the operational end users and informational technology areas.**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. * Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. * Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures. Stays current with internal processes, policies, and procedures. * Acts as the primary point of contact for ongoing production maintenance, support, and troubleshooting. Participates in on\-call and after\-hours support schedules. * Serves as an IT liaison for basic issues, implementations and upgrades with a range of customers, including system users. Maintains a positive relationship with the customer. * Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects to support meeting milestones and timeframes. Performs standard system testing, both unit and integrated. * May assist in training delivery for projects, updates or upgrades. * Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing systems and escalates findings to team leaders. * Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education EXPERIENCE * No experience required * Experience supporting radiology or cardiology imaging applications (such as PACS) as an end user, super user, or system administrat or previous work in a technical support, help desk, or application support environment preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0\-25 lbs. * Frequent sitting
