Job Description

A Cape Town–based founder is looking for a Virtual EA to provide high-level support across multiple workstreams for approximately 1-2 hours per day. The individual will act as a 'right hand', bringing structure, coordination, and follow-through across a diverse and fluid set of priorities. The founder is transitioning from a senior corporate leadership role into a purpose-driven portfolio of ventures. These include a leadership and personal development platform, content creation (book, podcast, digital), and strategic partnership initiatives.The environment is fast-evolving, non-corporate, and requires a high degree of adaptability, discretion, and emotional intelligence.Key Responsibilities Executive & Calendar Management across multiple projects and time horizonsProject Coordination – track and provide updates on multiple initiativesCommunication ManagementDraft and manage email correspondence Liaise with partners, clients, and collaborators Support WhatsApp group coordination and general communication flow Content & Platform SupportAssist with content publishing (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, Substack) Coordinate content pipeline and scheduling Provide light design/admin support (Canva or similar tools advantageous) Administrative SupportInvoicing and basic financial coordination Document preparation (presentations, proposals, summaries) Travel and logistics coordination as required RequirementsCompleted Matric Proven experience as an EA or Project Coordinator, preferably supporting senior leaders or entrepreneurs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English). Strong alignment with purpose-driven work and personal development.
