Come join Karat's Interview Engineer Community!Karat is seeking talented U.S.-based engineers ready to commit to a dedicated, availability-based contract through Q3 2026.We are seeking U.S.-based contractors to join our Interview Engineer community with consistent, dedicated availability of 40 hours per week through Q3 2026This is a fixed-term, four-month engagement with a structured weekly availability commitment through Q3 2026. You will hold a consistent block of hours each week during which you are available to conduct interviews, including short-notice requests.
