Job Description

G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. Our hits, such as Sherlock, Hidden City®, and Jewels of Rome®, rank among the top charts and continue to grow. We believe that strong leaders create strong teams — they are the ones who drive projects forward and help achieve new heights. We are currently looking for an experienced Fractional Creative Producer to organize and coordinate creative production across in\-house and outsourced teams. You will own the production process, help teams move faster from idea to tested creative, and drive the search for new creative winners that improve the game's early conversion funnel. What You Will Work On: * Test product ideas at the creative level before they're potentially built into the product. * Coordinate the work of creative units and help teams shape hypotheses with the potential to become creative winners or the basis for a product decision. * Maintain the working rhythm: plan creative sprints, run status syncs, track deadlines, support prioritization, and organize retrospectives on test results. * Improve the format of creative sprints involving Creative, UA, Product, Analytics, and other teams. * Help translate ideas, performance data, market insights, and product hypotheses into clear creative directions for designers, motion designers, copywriters, and external contractors. * Monitor market signals, competitors, trends, and current campaign results to find new ideas for testing. * Organize the creative asset production process — from setting the task to final handoff of materials for launch. * Ensure creatives meet platform requirements, product hypotheses, localization requirements, technical specifications, and the internal quality bar. * Help distribute tasks between in\-house teams and external contractors based on business priorities, deadlines, task complexity, expected impact, and execution quality. * Maintain a transparent production pipeline: what's in ideation, in production, in review, ready to launch, and what needs iteration. * Ensure communication between UA, Creative, Product, Analytics, designers, and contractors. * Make sure all participants understand why a specific creative is being made, what hypothesis it tests, how the result will be measured, and what next steps are expected after the test. * Help connect creative test results to possible product improvements, especially in early funnel, onboarding, and the first stages of the game experience. Help build a clear creative testing loop: idea production launch analysis* next iteration. * Capture conclusions from tests, identify successful patterns, failed hypotheses, and directions for further experiments. * Find bottlenecks in the process: unclear briefs, long reviews, designer overload, weak prioritization, task duplication, or lost learnings after tests. * Propose improvements to processes, templates, communication, and the structure of creative units' work.
