Description: Are you a proactive, detail\-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence? Corner Property Management is looking for a Virtual Administrative Associate to join our Lease Administration team and support our Association Managers in delivering exceptional service to the communities we serve. **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a Virtual Administrative Associate on our leasing team, you will play a vital role in the day\-to\-day operations of our properties. This position blends administrative support with operational coordination, requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and a service\-first mindset. You'll be the go\-to person for handling inquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring seamless property management processes. No prior property management experience is required; we welcome strong administrative professionals from any background. Experience in HOA, condominium management, or leasing is a plus, but what matters most is your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to hit the ground running. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Customer Service \& Communication** * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and team members, providing professional and responsive support. * Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, including inquiries, concerns, and service requests. * Follow established communication protocols and escalate urgent matters appropriately. * Deliver timely, professional responses to all inquiries and service requests. **Operations \& Administrative Support** * Prepare, track, and manage service requests, violation letters, and operational documentation. * Assist with invoice coding, revenue postings, municipal reimbursements, and other administrative financial tasks. * Attend virtual meetings as needed, providing administrative support and taking notes. * Support the team during high\-volume periods or absences to ensure priorities and deadlines are met. * Process daily action items, mailings, and management software updates promptly and accurately. Requirements: * Solid administrative experience background in property management, leasing, or HOA is a bonus, but not required. * Strong initiative and a "get\-it\-done" attitude. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
