This will be accomplished by utilizing detailed product and market knowledge in order to aid distribution partners and customers. This sales representative will be accountable to achieve monthly phone and activity goals while driving sales pipeline health and exceeding sales forecast through customer interactions, business plan creation and execution, and teaming with field sales representatives when appropriate.As Inside Sales Representative - Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Introducing new dental care and oral hygiene products to relevant customers and prospectsDriving Solventum sales to assigned distribution in managed territories.Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth.Maintaining a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecastsDemonstrating a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needsWorking to attain sales quota, sales quality, and sales productivity metricsSharing best practices with the team to promote a positive team environmentProficiently identifying market trends and account needs to react to market activity and reach favorable sales goalsYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and (2) years' experience in sales and/or the dental industryORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of (7) years of experience in sales and/or the dental industryAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:One (1) or more years of outside sales and/or inside sales experienceAccount management experienceSalesforce.com experience is desiredSkills include solution selling, listening skills, gain commitmentAbility to work effectively in a sales team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities are preferred Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environmentStrong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotelyWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up 5% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,800 - $100,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
