This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing exceptional customer service in a fast\-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer\-focused attitude. This position is perfect for individuals who are seeking a remote \- work from home position.* **Location** * Remote **Pay Rate** * $15/HR, if over 40 hours are authorized overtime paid at 1\.5 pay rate * performance bonus available for meeting metrics **Estimated Start Date** * July 6th 2026 **Education/Skills/Experience** * High School diploma or GED. * A minimum of 1 year experience in telephone customer service. * Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software. * Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions. * Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10\-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
