Our team develops next\-generation enablement experiences that combine instructional design, artificial intelligence, and real\-world customer engagement to help sellers perform at their best. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in driving sales effectiveness for flagship programs like Quarterly Execution Priorities (QEP) and Global Sales Experience (GSX), helping Cisco sellers stay ahead of rapid technology change, connect more deeply with customers, and drive business impact.
This is a team for builders, innovators, and problem solvers who want to put customers first, drive durable growth, and shape the future of learning.
**Your Impact:**
You will play a key role in modernizing how sales enablement is designed, delivered, and experienced. You’ll use AI to accelerate content development, personalize learning journeys, and create immersive learning experiences that reflect how leaders and sellers work today.
You will directly influence how global sales teams understand complex solutions, engage customers, and succeed in an increasingly AI focused marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable designing learning experiences, experimenting with AI tools, and collaborating across business and technical teams.
**What You’ll Do:****AI\-Enabled Learning Design:**
* Design AI\-enhanced learning experiences such as adaptive learning paths, simulations, virtual coaching, and knowledge assistants to support seller readiness.
* Leverage generative AI and automation tools to accelerate content development while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
* Champion emerging AI capabilities and apply practical use cases to improve learner engagement, speed, and scalability.
**Instructional Design\& Content Development:**
* Develop engaging learning solutions including digital learning, workshops, virtual sessions, toolkits, and micro learning.
* Translate technology, AI, and solution messaging into clear, customer\-relevant learning experiences.
* Modernize and evolve enablement assets to align with evolving product messaging, GTM priorities, and learner needs.
**Enablement Program Support:**
* Drive assigned enablement initiatives, such as QEP
* Design and accelerate year\-round readiness activities aligned to GSX, fiscal priorities, and sales transformation efforts.
* Manage communications, content deployment, learner engagement activities, and vendor coordination when applicable.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:**
* Partner with subject matter authorities, sales leaders, HR, marketing, and cross\-functional teams
