You'll be the first Outbound Sales Rep on our team, so we are looking for someone who is hungry, knows how to hustle, will relentlessly chase down leads, and knows how to build opportunities from nothing. The ideal candidate has worked in extremely fast-paced startup environments before and has constantly exceeded quotas. This role is not for the faint of heart - if you're looking for a comfortable role where you'll clock in and out from 9-5, this is not for you. ResponsibilitiesProactively source and engage new business opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategiesBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospectsClearly articulate our value proposition and staffing solutions to decision-makersBook intro calls, conduct discovery, and hand off qualified opportunities to internal leadership for closing (or close deals independently - bonus!)Track all activity, pipeline movement, and reporting in our CRMContinuously test/improve outreach messaging, cadence, and channels to optimize conversionRepresent the company with professionalism, reliability, and energyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field5+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environmentsExcellent English communication - both written and verbal - with the ability to build rapport quicklyDemonstrated success generating pipeline and hitting/exceeding sales targetsA self-starter mentality: scrappy, persistent, resourceful, and motivated by resultsStrong organization and CRM disciplineBONUS: Experience with outbound selling tools like Clay and Instantly.aiAccess to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connectionAbility to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)BenefitsCompetitive pay, always in US dollarsWork remotely from the comfort of your homeHealth & wellness benefitPaid holidays and time offPerformance and referral bonusesGlobal exposure to the world’s best companiesOriginally posted on Himalayas
