Job Description
**Medical Assistant \- Metro** Outpatient Clinics
**Department:** Positions available in primary care and specialty care clinics. Specialty care including Cardiology, Ortho, Urology, Neurology, and more.
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80\.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
**Shift:** Full\-time Days, various shifts available
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Medical Assistant Requirements:
* Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
* Required Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in\-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
* Minimum Experience: 3 years of Medical Assistant experience OR graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
Medical Assistant \- $20\.26 \- $26\.34/ hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Medical Assistant I Requirements:
* Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
* Required Licensure/Certification: CMA/RMA. Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in\-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
Medical Assistant I \- $21\.49 \- $27\.94/ hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

**MA:**
* Direct care includes, but is not limited to gathering vital signs, specimen collection, communicating changes in patient condition and general patient care.
* Assists to keep care area stocked, cleaned and orderly.
* Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
* Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned including filing, scheduling, data entry and patient registration.
