JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate with others.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate all processes and phases of the project management lifecycleExecute implementation project plan and timelines with a heightened focus on timeliness, accuracy, and seamless communicationEnable appropriate cross-functional team communications. Assist in planning activities to identify, mitigate, and manage risks and dependenciesMonitor day-to-day project health and ensure work is progressing as planned and within the budgetCoordinate and manage project activities, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetLiaise with stakeholders, project teams, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activitiesDevelop project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocationMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project status to project stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project deliveryProvide administrative support to the IT Project Manager/Sr IT Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining project documentationEnsure compliance with project management standards and guidelinesConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve project deliveryExperience:Project Planning and SchedulingAssist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.Create and maintain schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.Coordination and CommunicationAct as a liaison between client project managers, Program manager, team members, stakeholdersFacilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes or action items.Organize all recordings and documents in both MLF and Argano SharePointTask and Resource ManagementTrack progress of tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.Coordinate resource allocation (PTO)Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate project documentation, including plans, budgets, and status reports.Prepare and distribute regular updates or reports to stakeholders on project progress.Risk and Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks or issues and escalate them to the project manager.Assist in implementing solutions or mitigation strategies.Budget and Cost TrackingMonitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.Support financial reporting and invoice processing. (BvA)Able to track when the project is running higher than the weekly trendsAdministrative SupportHandle logistical tasks, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, or procurement.Manage project management tools (MS Project & Azure DevOps ) to keep workflows organized.KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):Utilization – 90%Revenue Managed – Up to $800KAdditional Qualifications:Advanced English communication skillsBachelor's degree3-5 years of experience in IT project management or coordination.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Agile methodologiesExperience in process improvement and change managementOriginally posted on Himalayas
