New Business Sales - Banking & Financial Services FocusLocation - Remote (Preferably in NY/NJ)Base Salary up to $200K depending upon experience and commission rewardsThe AVP New Business Sales focused on Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Clients will be a part of the our client's Operations Global Client Services team.This role is responsible for cultivating the company's presence in the market and growing business development opportunities with new clients within the BFS industry with whom the company has not had previous significant contact.The successful candidate must have specific experience as an individual contributor selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics & BPO services to large Banking & Financial Services (BFS) organizations which could include banks, fintechs, credit unions amongst others.***This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization***ResponsibilitiesOwnership of Growth, Client engagement, NPS, Profitability across a portfolio of banking clientsBring a deep understanding of the current marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the organization's growth strategy and investmentsPartner with clients to develop transformation agenda and value creationManage proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunityProvide complete ownership and accountability for managing competitive proposals, and working closely with sales enablement teams to ensure high quality of proposalsEnsure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goalsCreate and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability by driving cross-sell, pace of volume ramps, time to proficiency and client satisfactionDevelop C-level and cross-functional contacts and touchpoints in the client organization through regular objective-based interaction forums and review governance cadenceScout and scope new opportunities within the account by participating in client's review meetings – identify problem statements and map services and products to develop customized solutionsMentor teams for seamless delivery and transformationQualificationsExperience And Competency Requirements10+ years of overall experienceDomain knowledge and experience in banking, credit cards, payment networksDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, vertically, and horizontally both internally and in client organizations, with an ability to create and deliver compelling presentationsGood understanding of new and emerging Digital/Cloud/SaaS technologiesStrong problem-solving ability with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications as a trusted strategic partner to clientsMust be capable of multitasking with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentMust be detail-oriented and able to develop, execute, lead, and maintain complex projects, programs, and assignments.Must have highly developed customer relations and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively consult and influence senior executives.
