• 300+ tradable assets (through Libertex)The Libertex Group is constantly driven by a single passionate purpose – to tirelessly work on developing amazing fintech for people who simply want to have ‘more’ in their lives.Job OverviewYou will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and you will be working with a variety of different companies, from e-commerce retailers to media outlets, and help them generate revenue by promoting their products or services through third-party websites or platforms.Main ResponsibilitiesRecruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activitiesCommunicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accountsSearch for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our termsNegotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partnersCreate proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential informationReview sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinuedAnalyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or servicesCoordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaignsInitiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliatesRepresent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager roleExperience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plusExcellent command of English and Spanish language is a mustDeep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channelsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesAbility to multitask and excellent attention to detailsStrong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitudeProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networksExceptional planning and project management skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel when needed to conferences and/or team meetings in other locationsBenefitsMonthly bonuses based on performance 21 working days of annual leave Work remotely whilst being part of a global teamUdemy Business unlimited membership Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment Please send your CV in English, your portfolio and showreel along with the application.Libertex Group is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
