Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy serves as both a strategic thought partner and operational right hand to the Head of Raytheon Talent Acquisition, leading enterprise-level talent acquisition initiatives while driving alignment, execution, and accountability across the talent acquisition function.This hybrid role blends talent acquisition strategy, organizational planning, and chief-of-staff capabilities to shape and deliver on key workforce priorities that support business growth, workforce enablement, and leadership readiness.The ideal candidate brings a sharp strategic mindset, strong execution discipline, and excellent communication skills—including the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear executive-level storytelling and impactful visual presentations.What You Will Do Strategic Talent Acquisition LeadershipCo-create and evolve enterprise talent acquisition strategy in partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with business and talent priorities and articulating clear strategic points of view along with recommendations. Integrate external market intelligence, workforce trends, and internal talent data to inform proactive talent acquisition strategiesPartner with HR and business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies that enable agility, innovation, and sustained performanceExecutive Communications & StorytellingCreate compelling senior executive-level presentations, dashboards, and strategy updates that translate data and strategy into clear, persuasive narrativesDevelop and refine visual materials (e.g., slides, charts, frameworks) to communicate talent acquisition priorities and outcomes to senior stakeholdersShape internal communications to increase visibility, alignment, and engagement around enterprise talent acquisition initiativesFacilitate and manage meetings with talent acquisition leaders and senior HR leaders.Operational & Execution LeadershipDrive strategic planning, critical initiative tracking, and cross-functional alignmentConnect and coordinate across COEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure integrated delivery of key talent acquisition initiativesManage executive briefings, talent acquisition strategy reviews, and leadership forums in support of the Head of Talent AcquisitionExhibit resourcefulness and adaptability in an environment of ambiguity to keep project initiatives moving forward with minimal oversight.Talent Analytics & InsightsTranslate talent and workforce data into actionable insights to guide strategy, investments, actions and storytelling for senior stakeholdersTrack and measure impact of talent acquisition strategy initiatives and recommend adjustments as neededQualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience5+ years in strategic HR, consulting, talent strategy, or chief-of-staff–like roles in matrixed environmentsProject management experience and cross-functional coordinationExperience in PowerPoint, data visualization, and translating insights into actionQualifications We PreferMBA or Master's DegreeExceptional executive level storytelling and visual communicationStrategic, systems-oriented thinkingStrong executive presence and influencing skillsHigh integrity and ability to handle sensitive informationWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
