**About the Role**
As a Senior Account Executive at Zight, you will own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to convert large support and IT organizations into active Zight customers. You’ll help these teams solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world with Request Video and our Smart AI Hub.
Zight’s Senior Account Executive will help prospects rethink what fast, high\-quality support looks like. You’ll show how capturing \& requesting customer context visually and processing it with AI leads to faster resolutions, lower support costs, and improved agent productivity. In this role, you’ll pair new logo acquisition with uncovering expansion paths and new market opportunities across the Zendesk and Intercom ecosystems.
Zight’s enterprise sales team is critical to achieving our next stage of growth. You’ll collaborate closely with SDRs, product, leadership, and cross\-functional partners to refine our outbound strategy, strengthen our enterprise playbooks, and constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales motion.
This position reports directly to the CEO.
**What You Will Do**
* Own a defined list of enterprise targets within our ICP and drive both new logo and land and expand opportunities
* Run full cycle enterprise deals from first touch to close:
* Build and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, social, and video
* Lead structured discovery to quantify current pains and map Zight to business outcomes
* Coordinate with Product for tailored demos and technical validation
* Navigate security, legal, and procurement, including InfoSec reviews and MSAs
* Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities to signed agreements
* Sell outcomes, not features, including faster resolution times, lower support costs, higher CSAT, and better agent productivity using Request Video and Smart AI Hub
* Build strategic account plans and multi thread into support, IT, operations, and finance leadership
