Reporting to theSurplus Lines Manager, this roleis responsible forcompleting filings, reports, documentation, reconciliations, and communications related to surplus lines and Risk Purchasing Groups (RPG) across all states. The ideal candidate is highly organized,accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuretimelyandaccuratecompletion of state regulatory surplus lines submissions within the InsCipher systemReconcile surplus filing data batches, payments, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare, verify, and review required documentation for submissionAssistwith internal and external surplus lines audits by verifying transactions, filings, and related recordsIndependently research, investigate, and resolve issues that arise during filing, reconciliation, or payment processesManage multiple priorities efficiently whilemaintainingaccuracy and responsiveness in a high-volume workflowCollaborate effectively within a team environment and support teamobjectivesand deadlinesAdapt to internal workflow or process changes and provide feedback to improve efficiencyRemainopen to coaching, continuously developing new skills, and applying constructive feedbackRequiredto perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedRequirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 6 months of experience filing surplus lines transactionsMinimum of 6 months of computerized data entry experienceHighly organized, dependable, and personally accountableStrong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communicationTechnically proficient and comfortable working with computer systems; experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe preferredPrior experience in administration or accounting preferredPerksHealth, dental, and vision plansAmazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off9 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays401K Programs with employer matchPersonal assistant programs for support in a healthy personal and work lifeWhy Veracity?
