If you’re excited about turning complex data into clear insights that drive real-world impact, this is a chance to make your work visible, valued, and meaningful.What You’ll Do?As a key member of the analytics team, you will transform data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.Identify and contribute to the development of scalable data tools that improve how data is transformed, managed, and accessed—reducing time to insight.Build predictive and forecasting models to support revenue growth, marketing effectiveness, and improved customer experiences.Lead analytics and modeling projects that translate organizational data into clear, data-driven recommendations.Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports aligned to key performance indicators (KPIs).Implement modern tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and communicate data trends effectively.Partner with business teams to support operational improvements and growth initiatives, defining measurable outcomes.Prepare both executive-level summaries and detailed analytical reports, including clear written insights and visual storytelling.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including options and trade-offs.Collaborate closely with Finance and executive stakeholders to support recurring business review and planning cycles.Contribute to additional analytics initiatives as business needs evolve.What You Bring?Must-Have Qualifications4–5 years of experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation, and Python for advanced analytics, automation, or modeling.Hands-on experience with forecasting and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas, and normalized vs. denormalized designs.Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including best practices for data storytelling.Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end—from business requirements through analysis, insights, and executive recommendations.Experience delivering measurable business impact through analytics, reporting, revenue operations, or related roles.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Nice-to-HaveExperience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.Familiarity with automated data pipelines or reporting automation.Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.What You’ll GetThe opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.Exposure to high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives.A collaborative, fast-paced environment that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.Opportunities to grow your technical, business, and leadership skills.Competitive compensation and benefits package (details shared during the interview process).Flexibility to support work-life balance, in line with company policy.Our Commitment to InclusionWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
