Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Customer Support / Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Your proactive approach will help foster strong relationships, support sales initiatives, and drive customer satisfaction through effective use of CRM systems and data\-driven insights.
Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and positive communication.
* Manage customer accounts using Salesforce CRM and other customer relationship management tools to ensure accurate data entry and updates.
* Provide technical support for SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms, troubleshooting issues and guiding clients through solutions.
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding client needs and preferences.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to support ongoing relationship management.
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and inform marketing strategies.
* Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training on platform features and best practices for maximizing value.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service or client support roles within SaaS or financial services industries.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
* Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of SaaS platforms, sales processes, and account management strategies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Analytical skills to interpret data for decision\-making and relationship management purposes.
* Familiarity with marketing principles and data\-driven decision making to enhance client engagement strategies.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional client services.
