We specialize in accessory dwelling units called ADUs, which are independent homes built in residential backyards. Our mission is to help homeowners expand their living space with thoughtful, efficient, and code-compliant designs. We handle every stage from concept through permitting to construction, focusing on innovation and sustainability. Job Description We are seeking an Architectural Designer to create and develop architectural plans and design solutions for ADU projects. Your work will include Producing detailed architectural drawings and 3D modelsDeveloping design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and compliancePreparing documentation for permits and approvalsCoordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teamsResearching building materials, sustainable design options, and local codesPresenting designs clearly to clients and project stakeholders This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative residential designs and help shape the future of backyard living.
