Job Description Summary: We’re constantly transforming our portfolio—from reducing sugar in our drinks to bringing innovative new products to market. As an Engineer with The Coca‑Cola Company, you’ll help transform our manufacturing operations by leading the planning and execution of technical projects that support safe, reliable, and efficient production.In this role, you will lead small to mid‑size capital and technical projects, working closely with manufacturing plants, co‑manufacturers, engineering partners, and vendors. You will be solutions‑oriented, hands‑on, and comfortable working directly in plant environments. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers who enjoy project execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and frequent site engagement.What You’ll Do for Us The Project Engineer / Project Manager leads technical projects across The Coca‑Cola Company manufacturing network, with a focus on plant infrastructure, utilities, and process/packaging lines. Projects span scope development through commissioning and handover, with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational performance.This position requires up to 75% travel to manufacturing locations and co‑manufacturing partners. Fluency in English is required.Key Responsibilities -Project Management & ExecutionLead small to mid‑size capital and technical projects from scope development through commissioning and handover.Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk assessments.Coordinate cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and vendors.Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and performance validation.Maintain accurate project documentation and provide structured updates to stakeholders.Technical Engineering SupportApply core engineering principles to evaluate and improve production line performance, infrastructure reliability, and system capability.Support review of equipment specifications, P&IDs (Pump and Instrumentation Diagrams), layouts, and process documentation.Participate in FAT/PAT (Factory Acceptance Testing/Plant Acceptance Testing), equipment trials, and technical validations.Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturers), integrators, contractors, and technical service providers.Review vendor scope, quotations, change requests, and performance.Ensure clear communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE)Ensure all project execution aligns with QSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.Lead safety and risk considerations in project planning and contractor oversight.Partner with Quality teams to ensure equipment and processes meet operational and product requirements.Continuous Improvement & Digital EnablementIdentify opportunities to improve line reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency.Use AI‑based reporting, predictive insights, or data visualization tools to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.Document lessons learned and contribute to standardization of engineering and project management practices.Evaluate emerging digital and AI (Artificial Intelligence) capabilities that may enhance project execution, asset reliability, or process optimization.Work EnvironmentFrequent work in manufacturing plant environments, including active production areas, utilities, and construction zones.Compliance with all QSE, PPE(Personal Protective Equipment), and site‑specific protocols is required.Qualifications - RequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or related field).1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or project engineering roles.Experience coordinating small teams or cross‑functional project activities.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on comfort in manufacturing environments.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.PreferredExperience in high‑speed food or beverage manufacturing.Familiarity with capital project execution, budgeting, and cost tracking.Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard analytical tools.Experience using AI‑assisted engineering, reporting, or data analysis tools.Understanding of QSE‑focused project execution.What We Can Do for YouPurpose‑Driven Work: Make an impact by delivering safe, high‑quality products while protecting the environment and the communities we serve.Global Connections: Build relationships across a global manufacturing network and learn from diverse teams.Community of Belonging: Join a culture that values inclusion, growth, and bringing your best self to work every day.The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
