Application Architect

This is a remote position.Application Architect – AI SolutionsWe are seeking an experienced Application Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, AI-driven solutions for our client-facing applications. This role will be instrumental in shaping modern architectures across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and business intelligence tools.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud architecture (AWS and Azure), data platforms, and AI/ML integration, along with experience building solutions that integrate with CRM systems such as DealCloud.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and development of AI-enabled applications and platformsDefine scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across AWS and Azure environmentsPartner with data teams to design architectures that leverage Tableau and Power BI for analytics and reportingDesign and implement data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems, including CRM platforms like DealCloudTranslate business requirements into technical architecture, system design, and solution roadmapsEvaluate and implement AI/ML models, APIs, and services (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI use cases)Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworksCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of architecture designsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and engineersEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements RequirementsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in application architecture or solution architecture rolesStrong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platformsExperience designing systems that integrate with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BIProven experience building enterprise-level applications and distributed systemsStrong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and API integrationsExperience working with or integrating CRM platforms (DealCloud or similar)Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., model integration, data pipelines, inference services)Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or .NET)Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIsKey Traits for SuccessStrong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving AI-driven environment Originally posted on Himalayas
