David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager to join their team.Position: Affiliate ManagerLocation: remote, LATAM (excluding Mexico)Employment type: B2B contract / Services AgreementRemuneration: Base salary + bonuses.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs while maintaining strong relationships with existing partnersManage and monitor affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activitiesCommunicate with affiliates and partners to resolve account-related issues and provide ongoing supportIdentify and negotiate cooperation opportunities with affiliate and traffic networksNegotiate new agreements and renew existing affiliate partnershipsPrepare partnership proposals and evaluate ROI opportunities for affiliate campaignsMonitor affiliate activities to identify fraudulent behaviour, policy breaches, or non-compliant marketing practicesAnalyse campaign performance, sales reports, and traffic data to optimise affiliate performance and identify growth opportunitiesResearch market trends, GEOs, and demographic data to identify new business opportunitiesCoordinate with Creative teams to prepare promotional materials including landing pages, banners, teasers, and campaign assetsPrepare marketing briefs and contribute campaign ideas, offers, and promotional initiativesRepresent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events when required.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner MarketingPortfoliio of LATAM clientsStrong understanding of affiliate marketing channels and traffic acquisition modelsExcellent command of English and Spanish is mandatoryExperience within Forex, Fintech, or Online Trading industry is considered a strong advantageStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and prioritiesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metricsGood organisational and project management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity with affiliate networks, tracking systems, and performance-based marketing modelsWillingness to travel for conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.BENEFITS:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereWorking schedule is Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.Service AgreementGuidance and tools to reach your full potential.Originally posted on Himalayas
