RequirementsPRIMARY SKILLS: Full stack, should have Cloud/Data/ .Net / Front End tech likeReact, Angular, CRM/ Power Platform, Any other automation tech preferred(Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / UIPath)Preferably has experience inMicrosoft DynamicsCRM or .Net 10-12 Yrs overall experience, 2-3 years in PowerPlatform Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerPages, Power Virtual Agent Ability to design and implementautomation frameworks and strategies Ability to architect end to endsolutions including front end, back end services, including skills in Skills inAngular / React preferred Understanding of differentautomation tools and ability to apply them to customer scenarios Familiarity with cloud platforms Excellent communication skills Ability to work closely with client stake holders tounderstand the needs and pain points and translate to a solution Ability to build and present the solution Ability to estimate the efforts and Provide guidance and mentor team Ability to work independently and part of a team ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Workclosely with the sales and business development teams to identify opportunitiesand drive sales Meetwith prospective customers to understand their business requirements anddevelop technical solutions to address their needs. Developand deliver presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to demonstrate thecapabilities and benefits of proposed solutions. Collaboratewith competency teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with productcapabilities and roadmap. Developand maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies,and best practices in digital enterprise architecture. Preparingproposals and estimates for the design and implementation of IT systems. Developand maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, acting as atrusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
