SKYFY TECHNICA is hiring part\-time Account Services Representatives to help strengthen customer relationships, coordinate account activity, and support future business growth.
This is an entry\-level, customer\-facing position with a path toward Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Operations.
We are looking for positive, socially confident people who enjoy meeting others, starting conversations, building relationships, and keeping commitments organized. You should be comfortable communicating by telephone, email, video meeting, and Microsoft Teams.
Professional experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidates.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct customer check\-ins and maintain positive business relationships.
* Schedule account reviews and customer meetings.
* Prepare meeting notes and track commitments through completion.
* Maintain accurate customer contacts and account records.
* Coordinate account matters with Billing, Service CORE, Projects CORE, and leadership.
* Identify customer concerns, renewal needs, referrals, and potential service opportunities.
* Follow up consistently without waiting to be reminded.
* Escalate sensitive account matters appropriately.
* Manage assigned account cases from intake through closure.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
* Comfortable making calls and speaking with customers.
* Organized, dependable, and attentive to details.
* Able to manage several follow\-up items at the same time.
* Comfortable learning new technology and business terminology.
* Reliable weekday availability during Eastern Time business hours.
* Access to a quiet, professional remote workspace and dependable internet service.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, marketing, communications, business administration, or account support is preferred but not required.
Current students, recent graduates, career changers, and early\-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
