OverviewMPOWERHealth is seeking a board-certified Neurologist with expertise in neurophysiology to join our remote neuromonitoring team. You will collaborate closely with surgical teams and IONM technologists to support positive patient outcomes.Provide real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring data and communicate findings directly to surgical teamsCorrelate electrophysiological findings with the patient’s clinical status to support surgical decision-makingConduct comprehensive post-operative case reviews and complete detailed reportsContribute to quality assurance and improvement efforts to maintain high standards of neuromonitoring servicesMaintain current knowledge of advancements and best practices in neuromonitoringQualificationsBoard-certified Neurologist with expertise in electrophysiology.Fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring required; a doctorate in the field is preferred.Strong understanding of intraoperative neuromonitoring modalities (e.g., SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG).Knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative care.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Prior experience in IONM is strongly preferred.It is the policy of MPOWERHealth not to discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.#IND456Originally posted on Himalayas
