We are seeking a dynamic and energetic **Customer Engagement Specialist** to join our team! This role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and fostering strong client relationships. Initially based onsite, this position offers the opportunity to work remotely after 60 days, either in a hybrid capacity or fully, providing flexibility and work\-life balance. As a key player in our customer service and client engagement initiatives, you will utilize your excellent communication skills, and sales acumen to create positive experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will help us build lasting connections with our clients while supporting their needs through personalized service.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* **Omni\-Channel Support:** Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries via **phone, live chat, and email to** resolve issues, and promote our services
* **Social Media Interaction:** Respond to comments and direct messages on our social platforms with speed and personality.
* **Outbound Lead Gen:** Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to fuel our growth, follow up on client interactions, gather feedback, and identify opportunities
* **General:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system while ensuring confidentiality and data security

**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a call center, sales or customer service role is not required but a plus
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication and listening skills to foster positive relationships with diverse clientele, as well as analysis skills for assessing customer needs
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
* Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential, especially during schedules coverage windows
* Experience with CRM databases is a major plus, as well as computer typing competency and general computer skills for data entry and documentation (proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for example)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
* Ability to work on\-site at our Bridgeville office
