Become a part of our committed team and improve kids' lives. ***Role Description*** This is a remote role as a Student Advisor. As a Student Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalised guidance to aspiring students, aligning their academic aspirations with suitable institutions, and supporting them throughout the application process. You may also assist with essay writing, interview preparations, and advising on financial aid options. Your role will involve effective communication and providing exceptional customer service. This job is something you may accomplish from anywhere, however, keep in mind that: Attendance at the weekly online meetings is required of you. * You must post on *Facebook* groups every day for at least an hour in the morning and/or evening. * You must be active on *TikTok* and any other site you choose for optimal performance and outcomes. * You must stay informed about the most recent developments and adhere to the company's internal groupings. * You have to communicate with your team leader and the students you will assist with enrolment daily. **Commission\-based pay.** Complete training, assistance, and ongoing support from the team will be provided. Work from home will be required. To provide advice, support, guidance and information on personal, predominantly wellbeing\-related issues to students at each stage of the learner pathway: pre\-entry, on\-course and exit. This will include supporting students with emotional distress or hardship. To provide a triage service for students experiencing mental health difficulties and refer to appropriate services, either within or external to the University, or provide support to the student as appropriate. To provide advice, guidance and information to academic programme staff on supporting students to overcome personal barriers to learning.
