In this role, you will collaborate with leadership, accountants, and clients to deliver high-quality accounting services. The position combines hands-on accounting work, client advisory support, and review responsibilities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Qualifications Required:3+ years of U.S. experience within an accounting firm or bookkeeping firm servicing law firm clients. (Experience working within a law firm's internal accounting department will not be considered)Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks OnlineStrong understanding of account reconciliations and financial reportingStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organization and time-management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and TeamsKnowledgeable with CLIO (preferable)Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial ManagementPerform IOLTA reconciliationsMaintain and manage client books in QuickBooks OnlineReview QuickBooks files for accurate coding, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transaction completeness Perform accounting clean-ups and catch-up work for clients with incomplete recordsClassify transactions and complete monthly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and liability accountsTie out payroll liabilities and payroll-related expensesManage law firm trust accounting processes in compliance with firm and regulatory requirementsLaw firm trust accounting experience is requiredWhy Join Us:Starting salary of 90,000 Philippine pesos per month, depending on experiencePermanent work from home set-up.Working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific timeUS Public Holidays observed.
