Change Management Consultant – Program Enablement Rate: $50–$58/hr (W2) | Remote | ContractDel Oro Consulting is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the rollout, adoption, and operational readiness of enterprise programs and platforms. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive structured delivery, user adoption, and cross-functional alignment.Role Overview The consultant will lead change initiatives to ensure new capabilities are effectively communicated, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day workflows. This includes stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training enablement, and close coordination with IT, product, and operations teams to support successful rollouts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead change initiatives using a Prosci-aligned methodology to support platform and program rolloutsPartner with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop tailored communication and adoption strategiesDesign and deliver training and enablement materials for end usersMaintain program documentation, timelines, and status reportingFacilitate cross-functional alignment between business, product, IT, and operations teamsSupport feedback loops and continuous improvement by capturing user insights and adoption metricsRequired Skills & ExperienceProsci certification or strong hands-on experience applying Prosci and ADKAR frameworksExperience leading enterprise change or digital enablement initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsDetails of PositionWork Arrangement: RemoteHourly Rate: $50–58/hour, W2 ConsultantOpportunity Type: Ongoing consulting engagementBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company matchApplicants must be authorized to work for anyemployer in the United States.
