Telehealth Physician (MD/DO) — Asynchronous Reviews, Multi-State

Afterward is a national telehealth practice, licensed and operating in 46 states. Peptide therapy today, with hormone care, comprehensive bloodwork, and preventive/longevity protocols rolling out now. We pay $15 per review. Our care team builds the entire case before it reaches you \- history, labs, medications, contraindications, and a recommended protocol \- so your time goes to the clinical decision and nothing else. THE ROLE You open a fully prepared case and make one of three calls: approve, deny, or pend with a note on what you need. We handle everything downstream \- patient communication, pharmacy routing, follow\-up, refills, records. The recommendation is a starting point, not a conclusion. You are the prescriber of record, and the decision is yours. Denials and pends are expected and never held against you. We are not looking for someone to co\-sign our recommendations. We are looking for someone to check them. No video visits. No phone calls. No on\-call. No panel to manage. Work from anywhere, on your own schedule, pulling reviews from the queue when you want them. The only hard expectation is that reviews you accept get completed within 24H. If you want to be open for paid calls, we can arrange that. COMPENSATION $15 per completed review \- approved, denied, or pended, all the same. We pay for the decision, not the outcome. The $150 to $400 per hour range on this listing is an estimate of what that works out to. It depends on how fast you work once you know our protocols and how much volume is in your queue. It is not an hourly wage and we will not pretend it is. Our physicians right now avg 30 seconds a review. 1099 contractor, paid bi\-monthly. We reimburse licensure fees for states we ask you to add. REQUIREMENTS Active, unrestricted MD or DO license. Multi\-state licensure is our single biggest factor \- if you hold 10 or more active licenses, we want to talk. Clean licensure and malpractice history. Genuine comfort with peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and reading a full metabolic panel. Consistent turnaround. Preferred: licensure in CA, TX, FL, NY, PA, etc; background in functional/integrative, longevity, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or men's/women's health; prior async telemedicine experience. Most of our formulary does not require a DEA registration. Nurse practitioners with multi\-state licensure and independent practice authority \- apply and say so up front.
