We are building the energy and technology future—today.Come join us in accelerating the energy transition to cleaner, more sustainable sources of power!Basic FunctionAs a part of the Data Center organization, the Contracts Coordinatorsupports the administration, execution and compliance of the data center related contracts.This individual is the subject-matter expert of each agreement that is made on the project. They have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple contracts at once, have excellent follow through skills and will have the ability to meet strict deadlines. They will create and maintain a process to ensure contractual obligations are being followed by all parties to the contracts. ResponsibilitiesComprehend the technical specifications and design criteria of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Network, and Building Automation Systems within a Data Center.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure enterprise scale contracts EPC, O&M agreements align with the company’s objectives for safety, delivery, performance, schedule, quality, price, SLA’s and terms & conditions are met. Maintain documented files to accurately present a clear trail with regards to contract templates, approvals, executed contracts, and pending contracts.Drive efficient contract execution by managing signature workflows and translating key contract terms into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with contract terms both internally and externally, while interpreting agreements and providing clear guidance, highlights, and checklists to support project management and operations teams throughout construction and operations phases.Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives both internally and externally.Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues.Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making even in ambiguous situations.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree required1-5 years of experience in contracts management in an EPC utility scale construction environment, including contract formation & administration, change orders, negotiation, etc.Legal, estimating, engineering or other relevant experience a plus.Skilled negotiator and able to lead Lease, EPC, and O&M negotiations.Experience working in an engineered systems / project-based business model.Experience in data center construction is preferred, but not required.Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of financials and negotiation tactics.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Location: San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, or Remote.Base Pay - $100,000-$135,000The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
