**Inside Sales Representative** Remote or In\-Person (Midwest) **About the Role** We're a small team in the healthcare products space looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive outbound outreach to clinical professionals, introduce our products, and help grow our partner base. You'll work closely with our sales and customer service functions to move prospects from first contact through sample requests, virtual demos, and ongoing relationship management. **What You'll Do** * Conduct outbound calls and emails to clinical prospects * Introduce our product line and highlight key differentiators * Generate and follow up on sample/trial requests * Schedule and support virtual product demonstrations * Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in a CRM system * Collaborate cross\-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs between teams **What We're Looking For** * 1–3 years of sales experience * Strong phone and written communication skills * Comfortable with CRM tools and daily outreach workflows * Self\-motivated, organized, and coachable * Genuine interest in healthcare, client outcomes, or a related field **Compensation \& Location** * Base salary \+ commission * Remote or in\-person — flexible based on candidate * Opportunities for travel Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per year Work Location: Remote
