The Strategic Partner Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier service providers in the information technology field to join our network. The Strategic Partner Account Executive role is ideal for a top seller with strong strategic and tactical sales management skills. The role is best suited for someone who can balance short-term sales activities with long-term strategic initiatives. The impact of decisions and actions taken locally may be felt globally due to the scale of Acronis’ largest service provider partners.
This is a hunter role, and you will be required to generate new business and close deals.WHAT YOU’LL DOIdentify and evaluate large potential service providers in the IT field (Potential to grow $100k ARR+)Work with marketing team and GM UKI to develop campaigns and leads in your regionWork with Sports team to target specific SPs with #TeamUp programDevelop named list of target accounts in regionManage the whole sales cycle: qualifying the lead, converting it to opportunity, doing demo sessions, negotiating, closing the contractSupport Marketing teams by running events in your region for large SPsDocument progress within Salesforce as per company standardsEstablish relationships with key decision makers at targeted service providersNegotiate contracts and terms with service providersFully document and handover strategic accounts to Strategic management teamMonitor and evaluate the performance of service providers to ensure they meet the company's standardsWork closely with internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns with service providersStay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to identify new opportunities for service provider partnershipsEnsure you maintain the highest level of technical competence on Acronis productsWHAT YOU BRING5+ years of experience in IT vendor managementStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and servicesProven track record of successful vendor management and negotiationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret dataBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferredCustomer Centric SkillsStrong closing sales skills, knows how to create the need and urgencyStrong negotiating skillsStrong soft skills: good listener, knows how to build rapport, communication, understands needsKnows how to create and manage a pipeline, works independentlyKnows how to prioritize daily tasks: leads, opportunities, activitiesThinks outside of the box and uses additional channels to close more deals: LinkedIn, other social media, Distribution channelKnows the market: who is Service Provider, what are his pain points, how to address themKnows main market players/Acronis competitors and their strong/weak sidesWHO WE AREAcronis is a global cyber protection company that provides natively integrated cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management for managed service providers (MSPs), small and medium businesses (SMBs), enterprise IT departments and home users.
