Ideal Candidates will beHighly proficient communicator in both spoken and written EnglishWell-structured and well organizedOutstanding organizational and time management skills Extremely detail-orientedHave a proven history of meeting deadlinesRole DetailsWork Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)Written and spoken English skill: Very ProficientSalary Range: PHP 50,000.00 - 54,000.00Job ResponsibilitiesPrepareaccurate, detailed estimates for reconstruction, mitigation, smoke damage, structuralcleaningand contents losses using Xactimate and Claims ConnectEnsure estimates align with carrier and TPA guidelines, if applicableContinuously update estimates based on scope changes and supplementsIdentifyall necessary repairs, code requirements, and potential supplements early in the processSubmit estimates, revisions, andrequireddocumentation within required timelinesCommunicate proactively with adjusters and TPA representativesCollaborate with project managers, mitigation teams, and coordinators to ensure scope accuracyUpload and manage all documentation within TPA portals and internal systemsWorking knowledge of MICA and how it relates to the mitigation processPerforms other tasks analogous to the foregoing.Additional Job RequirementsEducation: Associate degree in Construction Management, Estimating, Engineering, or similar field and/or equivalent experience Construction experience in the field, including exposure to materials management and project operations Ability to read, understand, and estimate from plans Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Positive and professional attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communications Familiarity with building/estimating techniques and software platforms, such as ISqFt, Building Connected, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, Bluebeam/PDF, PlanGrid, Procore,Xactimate, Claims Connect, MICA and similar softwaresProficient with Microsoft Office products Ability to sit for extended periods of time using a computer and reading plans/specifications.About DCXDCX is a leading BPO that supports growth minded small and medium sized businesses in the United States.
