Position OverviewDane Street is seeking a National Account Management Specialist to support and manage relationships with key national clients, including large TPAs and insurance carriers. This relationship-focused role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, operational alignment, and long-term retention.The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving consistent communication, resolving issues, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, seamless IME experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Client RelationshipsServe as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned national accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with claims leadership, program managers, and key operational stakeholdersDevelop a deep understanding of each client’s workflows, expectations, and program requirementsSales & Revenue GrowthDrive referral and revenue growth within designated national accountsIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesPartner with Sales Directors and Managing Directors to align on account strategySupport new client rollouts and participate in client meetings, events, and industry conferencesCollaborate with Operations, Sales Support, Marketing, and Physician Recruitment teams to ensure successful onboarding and expansionStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developmentsClient Stewardship & EngagementLead and support stewardship meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance check-insPrepare and present service metrics, utilization trends, and improvement opportunitiesEnsure clients remain informed, engaged, and confident in service deliveryIssue Resolution & Escalation ManagementAct as the primary contact for client concerns, service issues, and escalationsPartner with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues in a timely mannerCommunicate updates clearly and proactively to clientsIdentify risks early and implement solutions to prevent recurrenceOperational Alignment & Program ManagementEnsure client-specific requirements are clearly communicated and executed internallyCollaborate with operations, scheduling, and QA teams to maintain service consistency, turnaround times, and qualitySupport onboarding and implementation of new programs and accountsPerformance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack and analyze key metrics, including turnaround times, report quality, and client satisfactionIdentify trends and recommend process improvementsPartner internally to enhance overall service deliveryInternal CollaborationWork closely with National Sales Managers, Managing Sales Directors, Sales Directors, and Operations teamsSupport the rollout and ongoing management of national programsProvide feedback on client needs, service gaps, and market insightsRequirementsQualifications5–7+ years of experience in account management or client services within workers’ compensation, auto, or liability sectorsExperience working with TPAs, insurance carriers, and complex multi-state accountsStrong understanding of workers’ compensation claims processes preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesKey CompetenciesRelationship-driven with a strong client service mindsetProactive problem-solver with sound judgmentEffective communicator across internal and external stakeholdersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple accountsCollaborative and team-orientedBenefitsJoin our team at Dane Street and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and peace of mind.
