Content Moderator

**Location:** Remote **Hours:** Part\-time (approx. 20 hours/week); need to be able to work from 2 AM to 6 AM ET **About Valital** Valital is an AI\-powered platform that analyzes open\-source media to generate structured, explainable risk intelligence. Our solutions support compliance, risk, and due diligence teams across financial institutions, professional services firms, and global enterprises in areas such as KYC, AML, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and third\-party risk monitoring. **Role Overview** We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Content Moderator** to support the quality and accuracy of intelligence generated by our platform. This role involves reviewing online media content, validating AI\-generated summaries, and ensuring that outputs meet our internal quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of Valital’s intelligence by filtering irrelevant or misleading information and helping improve the consistency of our outputs. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and assess open\-source media content (news articles, reports, online publications) identified by the platform * Validate and refine AI\-generated summaries to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance * Identify and flag false positives, irrelevant results, or low\-quality sources * Apply internal guidelines to classify and categorize risk\-related information * Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring issues or model performance * Ensure consistency and quality across all reviewed outputs * Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks **Qualifications** * Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset * Excellent written and reading comprehension skills in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a strong asset) * Ability to quickly understand context and assess relevance of information * Comfortable working with large volumes of online content * Basic understanding of current events, business, or geopolitical topics * Prior experience in content moderation, research, journalism, compliance, or risk analysis is a plus **Nice to Have** * Familiarity with KYC, AML, due diligence, or compliance workflows * Experience working with AI\-generated content or data annotation * Experience in OSINT (Open\-Source Intelligence) research **Working Style** * Remote and flexible work environment * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback **Why Join Valital** * Work at the intersection of AI and risk intelligence * Gain exposure to real\-world compliance and due diligence use cases * Flexible, remote\-friendly culture * Opportunity to contribute to a fast\-growing RegTech company **How to Apply** Please submit your CV along with a brief note outlining your interest in the role and any relevant experience to Work Location: Remote
