Operations Manager \& Special Needs Potty Training Consultant Full\-Time \| Remote (Continental U.S.) \| $25\.00/hour \| Non\-Exempt This is a dual\-function role split evenly between business operations and direct client services. On the operations side, you'll manage contracts and billing, develop speaking and corporate partnership opportunities, lead CRM implementation, and supervise one direct report. On the consulting side, you'll conduct virtual and in\-home potty training consultations for children with special needs, deliver public speaking engagements, and travel up to 10 days per month across the U.S. Compensation \& Benefits $25\.00/hour base Performance bonuses: 5% on secured contracts/engagements up to $5,000; 7% on those over $5,000 75% employer\-paid medical and dental insurance Paid sick leave per Washington State mandate Compensation review at 12 months Requirements Experience working with special needs children and families, operations or business administration background, contract or invoicing management, and public speaking experience. Must be within 1 hour of an international airport with valid REAL ID and passport. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Travel required. This is an at\-will position.
