Reporting to the Director of Retail Agency Operations, this remote role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, supporting policy servicing and renewals, driving retention and cross-sell opportunities, and delivering a high-quality client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process through onboarding, policy servicing, and renewalCommunicate policy details, coverage expectations, service processes, and business relationship expectations throughout the policy termBuild and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive support and ongoing account managementRespond to client inquiries, answer coverage questions, process endorsements, and assist with claims, audit, and inspection-related inquiriesManage client accounts throughout the policy term by processing policy adjustments and resolving issues in a timely mannerCoordinate with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to resolve policy and account issues while ensuring a consistent client experienceMonitor upcoming renewals and proactively engage clients to review coverage needs and changes in their business operationsConduct consultative renewal reviews and recommend coverage adjustments that support retention and client satisfactionIdentify opportunities to cross-sell bundled or complementary insurance products based on client needs and business objectivesIntroduce additional insurance solutions that align with client growth and evolving coverage requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in HubSpot, AMS, and other applicable systems, including interactions, policy updates, and referral informationEnsure data integrity and timely documentation to support reporting, account visibility, and business decision-makingGenerate referrals by delivering exceptional service and cultivating strong client relationshipsPartner with sales, underwriting, carrier, and customer service teams to support client needs and facilitate issue resolutionMaintain knowledge of commercial insurance products, carrier underwriting guidelines, and industry best practicesParticipate in carrier training, product education, and Learning & Development initiatives to maintain technical proficiency and complianceAdhere to licensing requirements, operating procedures, and company standards for account management, customer engagement, CRM usage, and policy servicingRequired to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Requirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredExperience in commercial insurance account management, insurance sales, or a related client-facing insurance roleStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principlesUnderstanding of the insurance needs of small and mid-sized businessesStrong consultative relationship-building and customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM and insurance agency management systems, including AMS platforms preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and standard business softwareAbility to communicate policy information and coverage recommendations clearly and effectivelyCommitment to continuous learning and professional development within the insurance industryPerksHealth, dental, and vision plansAmazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays401K Programs with employer matchPersonal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work lifeWhy Veracity?
