Sales Development Representative

FormAssembly is growing fast and we are excited to add a Sales Development Representative to service outbound sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the entire sales process.Responsibilities:Prospect and develop new leads via email, social media, LinkedIn, calling, and other resourceful "smart selling" lead generation practicesQualify prospects to determine if FormAssembly is a good fit for their needsProvide Account Executives with high quality closing opportunitiesTravel periodically to represent the FormAssembly brand at industry eventsRequirementsAt least one previous SDR/BDR tenureFantastic communication and organization skills are a mustNever give-up attitudeBonus Points for:Experience with SalesforceExperience working with SaaSSalary: Base - $50,000 - $60,000 (to be paid at an hourly rate, Non-Exempt employee) / OTE - $75,000 - $85,000BenefitsFormAssembly is a completely remote/distributed team.
