Position Overview RIVA Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead / Business Analyst to support a Federal web modernization and digital services program. The ideal candidate will combine hands\-on technical leadership with strong business analysis skills to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, technical tasks, and high\-quality digital solutions. This role will work closely with Government stakeholders, product owners, UX and content teams, developers, QA testers, accessibility specialists, web administrators, and infrastructure resources. The Technical Lead / Business Analyst will help guide requirements discovery, backlog refinement, solution design, development coordination, testing support, and release readiness for secure, responsive, maintainable, and accessible web products in a Federal environment.
