With a strong footprint across Africa and Asia, it specializes in 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, tires, batteries, and related products. Its distribution network currently exportsto 12 countriesin Africa and AsiaJob OverviewWe are seeking aCountry Headto lead and expand our 3-wheeler business operations acrossGhana. This is a strategic leadership role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and strong business development capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and appoint alocal business partnerfor 3-wheeler operations in Ghana.Lead and support the partner in setting up and expanding the 3-wheeler distribution network.Drive market penetration and brand visibility across key regions.Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.Ensure compliance with local and international trade and business regulations. RequirementsRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s in Business Administration or related field (Master’s in Marketing preferred).Minimum12 years of experiencein Sales / Business Development in the3-wheeler industry.Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver targets.Multilingual skills and cultural adaptability are a strong plus.
