Ethos is redefining how life insurance is bought, sold, and underwritten. **About the role:** We're looking for a highly adaptable, **conversion\-driven Senior Growth Designer** to join our Brand \& Creative team, with a **primary focus on paid social performance design**. In this role, you'll design creative that doesn't just look great—it drives measurable results across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging paid social channels. You'll bring our brand to life through **high\-impact paid social ads**, developing thumb\-stopping creative that is built to test, learn, and scale. While paid social is the core focus, your work will also extend into adjacent growth touchpoints — including email, landing pages, affiliate creative, internal decks, and more. You'll collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and channel stakeholders to understand performance objectives, audience insights, and testing strategies—then translate that knowledge into smart, high\-converting creative. Your work will range from rapid ad iteration and optimization to net\-new concept development, with a strong focus on scaling what works through paid social while supporting broader growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who **thrives in a fast\-moving, experiment\-driven environment** and is fluent in the demands of paid social creative.
