You will support clients in enhancing their EHS programs through modern tools, automation, and system optimization.In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to configure systems, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality data and reporting. You will play a key role in helping organizations modernize and scale their EHS programs through technology.Key responsibilitiesSupport clients in assessing, configuring, and optimizing EHS software systems and digital workflowsAssist in the design and implementation of technology-enabled EHS solutions, including automation and reporting toolsMaintain and validate project and system data, ensuring accuracy and quality controlTranslate business needs into technical solutions and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams and client partners to deliver successful project outcomesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service deliveryWhat we’re looking for3 to 5 years of experience in EHS consulting, software implementation, or technical project supportBachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with SaaS platforms, system configuration, or digital toolsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office toolsKnowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory environmentsExperience with SQL, Power BI, or data visualization toolsFamiliarity with databases such as relational or JSON structuresExposure to Python, automation tools, or scriptingExperience working in client facing or consulting environmentsWhat we offerBSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.The salary for this position can range from $88,000 to $105,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.Do you believe the world deserves excellence?We are proud to be the business improvement company for other organizations to become more sustainable and resilient and finally to inspire trust in their products, systems, services, and the world we live in.Headquartered in London, BSI is the world's first national standards organization with more than 100 years of experience.
