Job Summary The Global Data Center Account Director owns the commercial relationship and growth plan for a strategic data center client. This role requires deep expertise in data center infrastructure and mission critical facilities, combined with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deliver customized solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs. The individual in this role will anticipate client needs across regions and drive outperformance on key performance indicators within the contract while working in close partnership with regional operations and delivery leadership.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a global data center client, managing relationships at executive levelsUnderstand client’s technology roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, cloud strategies and infrastructure requirements to position appropriate solutionsMaintain a technical literacy sufficient to engage in detailed conversation about power, cooling, compliance and sustainability in data centersDevelop and execute account plans that align with corporate growth objectives and revenue targets while ensuring relevance to the applicable client’s needsNavigate a highly matrixed environment to ensure local and cultural relevance while driving global performance and growthCoordinate with internal colleagues across technical and support functions to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction throughout the development life cycleEffectively influence without direct authority to mobilize resources and drive collaborative outcomesBuild high performing teams who overdeliver on client commitments, including contractual SLAs and uptimeTrack industry developments to anticipate client needs and leverage JLL’s SMEs to support them proactivelyJob RequirementsSeasoned leader with 10+ years of facilities management or engineering experience in the real estate industry; data center or critical environments preferredExperience in, or managing a portfolio consisting of, critical environmentsExtensive experience hiring, training, and retaining large teams of talent in a client service environment; outsourced experience preferredHas maintained successful relationships with executive decision makersProven ability to work across cultures and time zones in a global businessProactively managed a budget in excess of multiple millions of dollarsThe estimated total comp for this role is $350,000K annually.This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:350,000.00 – 350,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
