Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:Total Experience 9+ yearsStrong experience in Salesforce development, customization, and architecture.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is preferredSolid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security modelExperience designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations.Proficient in Salesforce configuration: workflows, flows, validation rules, and process builders.Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to lead technical delivery and mentor team members.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plusRESPONSIBILITIES:Writing and reviewing great quality code.Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.Develop on Force.com platform using: Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce / Lightning pages, SOQL queries, Build custom applications, features, and integrations to meet business needs.Configure Salesforce environments including: Objects and fields, Workflows and Flows, Validation rules Process BuildersDesign and implement REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems using middleware or Salesforce platform APIs.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in development, testing, and deployment.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on architecture and solution design.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce and integrated systems.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.👋🏼We're Nagarro.We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way!
