**Account Manager (Client Fulfillment Owner)** Remote Comp: $50K base \+ up to 2\.5% recurring commission on the revenue you retain and grow across your book. Keep clients happy and your book climbing, and your income climbs with it. Top AMs here clear $80K\+. About Hive Hive is a performance marketing agency scaling toward $1M MRR. We run paid ads, content production, and full\-funnel fulfillment for home service and healthcare businesses. We’re at 70\+ clients and growing fast. You won’t be building the plane while flying it. The systems are already built. Media buyers, copywriters, editors, and GHL specialists are already in place. Your job is to run the book, coordinate the specialists, and make sure clients win. This role reports into a pod structure with real leadership around you. It’s also the launch pad to Pod Lead and Head of Client Success as we scale. Ambitious people move up here fast. What You’ll Own You’ll own a book of 10 to 15 clients. Keep them. Grow them. Make sure they win. That means: * The full client relationship, from close through ongoing growth * Onboarding execution: every system live, every deliverable shipped on time * Coordinating specialists to hit deadlines and quality standards * Green\-lighting all content, ad launches, and funnel builds before they go live * Weekly client comms with clear performance updates and next steps * Tracking appointment volume, cost per appointment, pipeline health, and revenue impact * Catching problems early and bringing solutions, not excuses How We Measure You * Client retention and book growth * Appointment volume and cost per appointment * Content velocity and quality * Nothing falls through the cracks * Clear, proactive weekly communication * Minimal escalation to leadership * Highly organized and process\-driven * Comfortable enforcing deadlines across teams * Calm under pressure * Can speak clearly about results and KPIs * Fixes problems instead of passing them along The 10 Habits We Expect 1\.
