We are looking for an exceptional Director — a builder-leader who owns outcomes, not just manages work. This is not a traditional product or project management role. It sits at the center of our transformation to an AI-native operating model, leading a small, cross-functional pod accountable for growing the individual learning business: evolving the product, expanding revenue, driving AI adoption, and continuously improving the experience for the learners we serve. You won't delegate execution from a distance — you'll be in the work alongside your pod, setting direction and driving delivery from start to finish. The best candidates combine the instincts of a product leader, the discipline of a business manager, and the mindset of a designer: they define problems before jumping to solutions, they build structure in ambiguity, and they hold themselves to the same standard of accountability they set for their pods. If you want to lead a high-trust pod, shape how the business grows, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.WHAT YOU’LL DO (The Impact)Own the Outcome: Hold end-to-end accountability for your pod’s results — product milestones, revenue targets, and customer impact. You measure success in delivered outcomes, not completed activities.Translate and Execute: Translate the company’s vision into your pod's product roadmap and delivery plan. You resolve competing demands and give your pod the clarity they need to move fast without second-guessing direction. Own Positioning and Messaging: Develop and maintain segment-specific positioning, ICP definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks. Design the Work: Before your pod builds anything, you've defined the problem, pressure-tested the solution space, and structured the work for speed and quality. Design thinking isn't a workshop exercise — it's how you start every meaningful initiative.Lead Voice of Customer and Market Intelligence Run VOC and VOM programs that translate real buyer signals into sharper positioning and stronger product direction. Own competitive intelligence consolidation and distribution. Be the person in the room who knows the business better than anyone else.Lead from the Front: Coach and direct pod members day to day with the authority of a player-coach: you're in the work alongside your pod, not above it. You build a culture of accountability, craft, and continuous improvement that doesn't require you to be in every room.Drive Revenue: Own the commercial outcomes for your pod's domain. You connect product and content decisions directly to revenue and growth metrics, and you track the numbers that prove it's working — not the proxy metrics that feel comfortable.Navigate the System: Build strong working relationships with partner groups to align on standards, unblock dependencies, and move fast without creating downstream problems. You understand that operating within constraints is a skill, not a limitation.Build AI-Native: Champion the active use of AI and automation tools inside your pod. You continuously identify where AI can accelerate delivery and reduce manual overhead, and you build that fluency and curiosity into your pod's culture — not just your own workflow.Communicate the Story: Represent your pod's work, decisions, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. You translate complexity into clear narratives, keep stakeholders aligned without losing momentum, and make the invisible work visible.
