E3n exists to deepen school impact and advance whole-student growth by uniting academic and enrollment leadership around shared, data-driven insights.E3n provides comprehensive assessments, professional tools, conferences, and analytics that help independent schools demonstrate their value and support student success from pre-enrollment through graduation—extending beyond academic performance to include student well-being, sense of belonging, and social-emotional development.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Salesforce Systems Administrator to take ownership of the ongoing management, maintenance, and strategic optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our Salesforce environment, which serves as the backbone of our customer relationship management (CRM) operations.As a Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will oversee core Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and any other applicable platforms. You will be responsible for user management, system configuration, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements that align with organizational goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT—you will translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, support reporting and automation efforts, and help drive the adoption of CRM best practices across the organization.This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. What You’ll DoReporting to the Vice President of Technology, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for, but not exclusive to the following: Platform Strategy & OwnershipServe as the primary system administrator and owner of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and other relevant Salesforce productsOwn and help shape the Salesforce platform roadmap, aligning enhancements with organizational priorities and growthAct as a thought partner on how Salesforce should evolve as the organization scales, proactively identifying opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and cross-team effectivenessUser Management & Access ControlManage user account setup and deactivation, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and license allocationsEnsure appropriate system access, security, and compliance across all user groupsData Integrity, Governance & MaintenanceMaintain clean, accurate, and reliable data through regular audits, deduplication, and data import/export activitiesPerform data operations using tools such as Data Loader and Data Import WizardSupport data governance practices that promote consistency, accuracy, and responsible data useReporting, Analytics & InsightsDesign, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across departmentsPartner with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with business needs and delivers actionable insightsAutomation, Configuration & EnhancementCreate and maintain automated workflows and system configurations using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and (where applicable) ApexConfigure validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and related platform components to support scalable solutionsContinuously improve system efficiency by reducing manual processes and improving user experienceCompliance, Security & Risk ManagementEnsure the platform complies with internal data governance standards and external regulatory requirementsManage field-level security, audit logs, data visibility, and access controls to protect sensitive informationSystem Monitoring, Support & TroubleshootingProactively monitor Salesforce performance and system healthIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure platform stability and reliabilityRespond to issues with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughRelease & Change ManagementManage and test system updates, Salesforce seasonal releases, and third-party app integrationsCoordinate releases to minimize disruption and ensure compa
