**Job Overview**

**Duties**
* Develop and execute strategic HR plans that support organizational objectives, including workforce management, succession planning, and organization design.
* Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Lever to attract top talent.
* Oversee employee orientation programs, training \& development initiatives, performance management processes, and employee evaluation procedures to foster continuous growth.
* Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques and ensuring a positive work environment.
* Administer benefits programs, including payroll processing via systems like ADP or Paychex, workers' compensation claims, FMLA compliance, and benefits communication.
* Ensure regulatory compliance with employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, HR legal requirements, and affirmative action planning to mitigate risks.
* Utilize HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations.
* Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance standards.
* Demonstrated expertise in human capital management systems like Workday or UltiPro; proficiency in data entry and HRIS platforms is essential.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams, facilitate training sessions, and manage employee relations.
* Ability to analyze complex data sets using Excel or similar tools for workforce planning and decision\-making purposes.
* Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Taleo or iCIMS; experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
* Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM\-CP/SHRM\-SCP) or related fields are preferred; a background in employment law or OSHA standards is advantageous.
